The page will display any existing discount rules.

- To create a new one, click the Create Rule button in the upper right corner.

Rule Information
In the Rule Information section:
- Enter a name for the rule.
- Optionally, add a description for internal reference.
- Set the status to Enabled or Disabled, depending on whether you want it active immediately.

In the Website field, select the store view where the rule will apply.

In Customer Group, choose which customer groups the rule will affect.

Under Coupon, select No Coupon so the discount is applied automatically.

In Uses per Customer, define how many times each customer can benefit from the rule. Leave blank for unlimited use, or enter 1 for one-time use.

Use the From Date and To Date fields to set the rule’s active period.
For example, if you want the discount rule to be active from April 28th to May 28th, enter:
- “To Date”: 05/28 (End date of the discount)
- “From Date”: 04/28 (Start date of the discount)

If your business model is multiseller, enable System Rule by selecting Yes.
If your Marketplace has reseller Sellers who sell products at a set price, make sure to enable this field to ensure the rule applies correctly.

Conditions #
This section determines when the rule will apply.
You can create rule conditions based on several criteria such as subtotal, product category, SKU, shipping method, among others.
If you’re not familiar with these condition types, refer to the documentation: “Discount Rule Templates“
Step 1: Choose Condition Logic
- Decide whether the rule will apply when ALL or ANY of the conditions are met.
Step 2: Define the Condition
Select the condition (e.g., subtotal), choose the logic (e.g., equal to or greater than), and enter the desired value.

Actions #
In the Actions section, you determine how the discount is applied:
- Choose whether it will be a percentage or a fixed value.
- Define whether it applies to the entire cart or just the subtotal.
- You can also restrict the discount to specific products by filtering through SKUs, categories, or product attributes.
For examples of these configurations, refer to the “Discount Rule Templates“.
Labels #
In the Labels section, define how the discount will appear to customers in the cart or during checkout.
Use clear and recognizable labels like BRANDNAME10%
